Elite Heat Worlds Teams

​Worlds teams practice from June - April, and attend between 8-10 competitions throughout the season. These teams practice at least two times a week, and attend one additional tumble/conditioning class. 
The Worlds  program is designed for athletes starting at age 13

The following divisions are offered:
Senior Open 6  (ages 13 and older)
Open Level 6 Non-Tumble  (ages 13 and older)
