Elite Heat Fitness EvaluatioN
At Elite Heat, our focus on Strength & Conditioning sets our athletes apart. The Elite Heat Fitness Evaluation, which was specifically designed by our Strength & Conditioning Coach Jacob Bonano for the sport of All Star Cheerleading, will assess the level at which an athlete is able to perform the elements of an All Star Cheer routine (jumps, tumbling, stunts and dance). The evaluation is based on an assessment of the following components:
