Aaron buker - All star Director

Elite Heat’s All Star Director, Aaron Buker, grew up in Alabama, where he fell in love with cheerleading in 8th grade while watching the cheerleaders tumble at football games. That moment literally changed Aaron’s life, as it led him to the sport of all star cheerleading as an athlete, and eventually a nationally recognized coach and instructor. Through Aaron’s many years of coaching at other well-known programs in the industry, such as ACE All Stars of Alabama, The Stingray All Stars, and Cheer Extreme, his teams have won countless titles at Cheersport, NCA, and UCA Nationals. Teams under Aaron’s leadership have also won three Summit titles and multiple top three finishes, as well as six medals at the Cheerleading Worlds; two gold, two silver, and two bronze. Aaron spent the last 5 years traveling throughout the country as a choreographer and skills camp instructor, specializing in cleaning routines with a focus on execution. Over the years, Aaron’s work with Elite Heat athletes and staff created a special bond, which led to him moving to Buffalo to accept the position as All Star Director for the 2020-2021 season. What does Aaron love the most about cheer? The unforgettable moments - when kids land their skills for the first time ever or in a routine, the tears that come at the end of perfect routines, and teaching kids valuable skills that will help them navigate through adulthood as kind, loving, and hardworking individuals who will always remember the impact Elite Heat had on them. “I am excited to call Elite Heat my home. It has taught me so much about how to love with no regrets and has provided me the family I have always been searching for. I hope that that through my leadership I will continue to help create kind, loving and hardworking individuals who will always remember the positive impact I had on them at Elite Heat.”

Megan Christmann

I was a competitive gymnast in the Junior Olympic Program for 10 years before I became a cheerleader. My best friend dared me to try out for high school cheer, and I instantly and undoubtably fell in love with the sport; I quit gymnastics after finally knowing what it was like to be part of a true team. I began coaching in 2008 teaching gymnastics/tumbling, and in 2010 I started coaching all star cheer. I am USASF certified for levels 1-5. Aside from my love for this sport and your kids, I also pursue my passion for children in my career. I have been a Registered nurse since 2013 and work in mental health for young children and adolescents. In both jobs, there is no greater reward than being part of a child's happiness and being able to share the experience with them.
Jessica kinmartin

My name is Jessica DiPalma. I am 28 years old and and I cheered for 14 years, 4 in high school and 12 of them with all star programs throughout WNY. This is my 4th year coaching and 2nd year with Elite Heat! When I was a senior in high school, I was voted captain and given the All-American award, which is given to the overall best athlete, leader and role model voted by my teammates. In both 2012 and 2013 I had the privilege of cheering for a team that competed at The Cheerleading Worlds. Cheerleading and my coaches have had a huge impact on me not only when I was a teenager but into my adult life. Coaching has only made my passion for the sport grow and I love passing along my knowledge and self confidence to younger generations who want to thrive in the sport. Kristen Noltee

My name is Kristen Bartkowski and I coach cheerleading not only because I love the sport, but mainly because I love being able to play a positive role in a child’s life. Growing up, I was very shy and reserved, and I absolutely would not have grown into the confident, strong, driven person that I am today if it were not for the effect that my high school cheerleading coach had on my life. (Coincidently, she is the owner of this program, Laura Voigt). I was a cheerleader myself for 8 years and I have been coaching since 2006. I have a Bachelor of Science degree in Art Education from Buffalo State, accompanied by a New York State Teaching Certification, as well as a Master’s Degree in Art Education from Buffalo State. In my spare time, I wait tables and daydream about how to make my team even better than they were the day before.

Caitlin Trietley

Hello, my name is Caitlin Trietley. I have been a cheerleader for 14 years, I started cheering when I was 7 where I spent 9 years at EMW little loop, when I was in 7th grade I started cheering for Iroquois High School and cheered for 6 years all the way through to my senior year. While on my High School team I was captain on both the JV and Varsity teams. I started Allstar Cheerleading my sophomore year and I am now in my 5th season. I have been coaching for 5 years, this is my second year at Elite Heat. I am the head coach of the Fireflies, our special needs team. I have worked with special needs cheerleaders throughout my years as an Allstar cheerleader. I believe that everyone should have a chance to be a cheerleader, no matter their disability. I coach because cheerleading has transformed me into the person I am today, and I hope that I can help change the life of a child the way my coaches helped me.
Julia Voutour

My name is Julia Voutour, I am 21 years old. I am graduating this year with my degree in Marketing from Niagara University. I began my cheerleading career in little loop when I was about 10 years old. I fell in love with the sport, and continued to pursue that passion, cheering on Starpoint’s JV and Varsity teams. I’d always been interested in all star, but never found a program I thought I would connect with until Elite Heat. Beginning my time at 14 years old on a prep senior two, I worked my way up the levels, being on the first 4.Fierce, winning Cheersport Nationals with Fire and completing my career at 18 on the first ever 24k. Along the way, I found a passion for coaching and working with children. Being one of the youngest coaches on staff, I connected with Junior and Senior age kids, as I was in their shoes as athletes only a few years prior. Growing up in the program myself, I credit so much of my self growth, experiences, and memories to my former coaches and now, best friends. There was nothing more I wanted than to be that same mentor and role model for kids in the program today.
Ty Wilson

My Name is Ty Wilson! With over 20 years of experience as an athlete. I was a gymnast prior to coaching All Star for 18. I coach levels 1-6 (as well as special needs) I was also the Tumbling Director and Coach at World Cup All Stars. The development and growth of my students (not just as an outstanding athlete; but also as people) is the most important and rewarding part for me. I pride myself to bring, share, and collaborate my knowledge, love, and passion we have for this sport, with those who have the same passion and drive to be the best! With our staff, our athletes and their families, I look forward to coaching, and learning from a different perspective as well. I am so excited to be a part of the Elite Heat Family where my main goal is to help transform our programs both; physically and mentally — to be the best version of ourselves, with authenticity and passion.
