"My passion in life is making a positive difference in the lives of young people. Cheerleading is an incredible sport that gives girls confidence, a strong work ethic, and a sense of team work. I coach because I love this sport, but more importantly because I believe that a coach can make a difference in a child's life."

Nicole Padovano
Hi, my name is Nicole Padovano. I have a Bachelor’s of Science in Biology and a Bachelor’s of Arts in Liberal Arts. I played every sport under the sun including gymnastics before I was introduced to cheerleading. I started cheering in college and was immediately interested in All-Star Cheerleading. I began coaching in 2014 at the Rec level before transitioning to All-Star. I am USASF certified. I am so thankful to have had the chance to travel the country and to compete at The Cheerleading Worlds. I chose to start coaching because of my love for the sport and my eagerness to share it with others. I love working with kids and having the opportunity to help shape their lives in a positive way. This sport changed my life in the best way and I hope to pass that feeling on to all of the athletes I coach. Watching an athlete grow and achieve their goals is one of the most rewarding experiences. The gym is my favorite place to be and coaching is what I want to do for the rest of my life. Outside of the gym, I love to listen to music, go rock climbing, and soak up as much of the outdoors as I can.
Katelyn Boivin
Hello, My name is Katelyn Boivin. I started out with gymnastics when I was younger and discovered a love for cheerleading. I began my cheerleading career on a little loop team when I was 10 years old and instantly fell in love with the sport. I have been at Elite Heat for 11 years, going from an athlete, to Coach. I started at Elite Heat on our Half Year Program for one year, then continued on from there to pursue cheerleading with our Full Year Program. I have competed on multiple levels and became familiar with many new skills and techniques. I have also competed at The Summit twice and placed Top 4 in 2019 with Four Point Fierce! I started coaching in 2019 as well! I love being able to watch the growth of skills and confidence within the athletes throughout their careers in and outside of the gym. Nothing makes me happier than being able to play a positive role in an athlete’s life. Growing up in the program I have looked up to many of the Coaches who have shaped me into the person I am today. It has motivated and inspired me to become the same for our athletes.
